‘I greet you in the Spirit of Love and appreciation from the Heart of All That Is, and I Am exceedingly joyful to share with you at this time. All who read these words will feel the blessing that is always available when the heart is undefended, and the mind is at ease, and in that framework, I will begin.
Right now, as you read these words, you and all that you know is being blessed. You may wonder what I mean by ‘blessed’, especially as you look around yourself at the world of forms and effects. But then, many are the words that I have spoken, many still do not understand what was meant in those words. Nonetheless, though chaos and insanity appears to accelerate among the children of God on the Earth, there is at this time a higher availability of blessings from the Holy Spirit being shed upon all of humanity.
For when the need is the greatest, even in the darkest dark, the blessings of Love without limits increases in manifold ways to pierce the veils of mind and perception, and to awaken the most hardened of hearts. Such is the nature of compassion of the Father-Mother for all, without condition or requirement.
Within the power of prayer and the practice of being in stillness, in meditation, the most profound aspect is the cultivation of gratitude. There has been a popular statement used by those who seek abundance in their lives, that ‘gratitude is the attitude.’ As simplistic as this sounds, it is actually the basis for becoming an instrument of miracles, and I do have some experience with that. Gratitude is the state of accepting the unending blessings that are given in each moment by the Creator to you, and to all of Life. It is the affirming of trust in the process and abundance of Life, and the surety of the meeting of all requirements before they are even voiced, or even before you know you require them!
Gratitude is the first component in conscious cooperation with what is so. Without it there would be no miracle, no manifestation of the Love of God. Gratitude acknowledges the blessings that are beyond measure and present at every moment within creation. All that is needed to experience that state of Grace is to be thankful first, before asking for anything. Gratitude also acknowledges that you are not the ‘doer’, but that through which the ‘doing’ may happen. You’re the wire, and you carry the energy. Another way of saying it is to begin to see yourself as the Light of the World, and cultivating being grateful for that. Here is the best part; you don’t have to work at it! All you do is use the gratitude to alter your perceptions about the way you see your own life, and then you’ll see the situations in the world differently. Forgiveness works in the same manner, by accepting what is so without resistance, and if you look at the word, you can see that it means to give in advance, which is certainly a something that gratitude does for the one who is grateful.
The Planet Earth is responsive to gratitude. Numerous peoples who have lived within the balance of Nature have always acknowledged through prayers of thanksgiving what the Earth, and the Sun, provides for them. The archetypes here are easy to see; the Sun is the Son, or Christ principle, which gives the nurturing love unceasingly and without discrimination to all of the children of the Creator, whether animate or inanimate, animal, plant, mineral, or human. The Earth is the Mother principle, which receives the Love from the Sun and converts it into forms that the creatures may use for sustenance and shelter. The Earth is grateful to the Sun in its own way, though it isn’t necessarily useful to ascribe human attributes to anything else in creation. No longer is it useful to project yourselves onto any aspect of form, and then worship that form, no matter how benevolent it appears to be. Remember instead to direct all gratitude to the Lord of the Soul, the High Self, and the rest finds its own level naturally.
The blessings of being grateful will be beneficial in good times and most especially in the times that appear to be not so good. No matter how challenging and unstable things may become, if you can open your Heart of Hearts to feeling grateful about your being a living child of a very real Father-Mother, then everything else is relatively unimportant.
One day, the Sun will expand and envelope the Earth and many other planets of this solar system, and then in a blinding flash, even the Sun will wither and eventually perish. Should there be mourning for the demise of the Earth? Of what good would that be? Why not remember the blessings beyond measure that the Earth gave to so many aspects of the One Life instead. That is the honoring that releases you from the past, and awakens you in the now moment. This form of gratitude is important now, not just in some distant future whose destiny has already been written.
The Planet is your Mother, a symbol of your Heavenly Mother. How grateful have you been today for your body, which is made up from all the elements found in Her? How grateful have you been to have the experience you are having, just so it could awaken you to the glory that you are beyond form? Until you can appreciate the dirt, you cannot free yourself from its grasp. Until you love your temple, you cannot ascend to the stars and eventually beyond them in to the mansion worlds. The numinous Presence of All That Is has given you Life, the Christ in you desires that you have abundant Life beyond measure, and it all exists within each atom, molecule, cell, organ and bone of you.
Even though the form of the body is transitory, it does not respond well to disdain and judgment. Can you yet reanimate your body after it has exhausted itself and ceased to function? Do you think I was able to carefully calculate how I was going to resurrect the body after it was pierced and battered? No, it was through gratitude and surrendering the perception of the death of the body as being ‘real’ that enabled it to be reanimated by my Spirit. The earth quaked when that body perished upon a cross of wood. When you have a heartquake, you will have quickened the body to a frequency of gratitude that will render it capable of things you have not yet imagined.
Now, the body of the Earth is like unto your body, and vice versa. If you take care of your vehicle, yet you do not honor the Earth, then your gratitude is in vain. The same Loving Presence that gives you consciousness, and makes your heart, lungs and brain work also permeates the substance of the Earth. As you do it unto the Earth, you do it unto yourself. Not only are you and the Father-Mother one, you and the Planet are one.
Seen in that understanding, it then should not come as any surprise that if the Planet is ailing and is activated into a mode of self-preservation, that you may also be having either vague or strong feelings of disquiet and dis-ease. Only those who have unconsciously or deliberately numbed themselves against their connection to the natural world will be unawares of the shifts occurring deep within the Earth, and deep within themselves. By being awake and grateful, you gather a potential to awaken many who are caught up in the identification of themselves with artificial, beliefs, concerns and life actions that do not honor themselves or the Planet which supports their very life.
Therefore, extending the blessings that you are constantly receiving to the Earth strengthens the awareness of the interdependence of all Life, and affirms life on all levels. Remember, you are not here to save the Earth. You are here to harmonize with the Earth through regaining your balance as a spiritual being. Truly, the return of the Feminine, the Goddess principle, is designed to heal the deep inner split of the inner masculine and feminine within each Soul, reuniting through the Sacred Marriage of opposites and finally regaining the original innocence, the Edenic state of the Illumined Heart that was lost so long ago.
Please know that it has always been known that the outcome of that moment was never in doubt, and that this moment is just another step in the healing of all Creation. The cells of your body yearn for your Spirit to fully possess it, just as a woman desires her beloved, just as the Earth receives the embrace of the Son/Sun. The deepest ecology you can practice is to make love to the Earth! Indeed, in every thought, word or deed you demonstrate how you feel toward Her, and how you regard yourself and Spirit. Become spiritual ecologists, and till the inner garden and the outer garden with equal regard and respect.
Blessings are being poured out to you, here and now. Open your hearts and allow yourself to receive all good things that the Father-Mother would love to give to you.
Be a Light to the World, and remember to walk upon the Earth in balance. Practice gratitude, and the way will open to you to step into a blessed relationship with Nature and the Universe. Above all, listen to your inner voice, and follow the nudges and instincts that come from Mother Earth. When you honor her, you reestablish a bond that is no less powerful than that of a mother for her child. Consider the possibility that the Earth and your body are a critical part of the Plan of Salvation. Oh yes, and remember that the most profound part is gratitude. It is the secret of miracles.

'Ariel here. This is a time-less message and is a message for all times, not just this moment. Since you are experiencing the awakening from the sleep of the egoic self, the process of this wakeup call may sometimes be felt as an unwelcome intrusion, a disturber of the peace. However, the arising of unified awareness within the chaos of your world is the cause of the chaos, and also is the safe harbor for those seeking to reconnect to the Oneness within. This process is inexorable, yet there are those of you who perceive how delicate the balance point is on the razor's edge. This edge is the fine line between your control, and the call to surrender all of you to your Self/Spirit.
The Spirit of Truth is just one thing. Knowing. It is the quickening you feel within your heart when you take leave of your sensibleness and leave your comfortable past and abandon your imagined futures. You feel it when you 'fall in love' with Love Itself. You sense it when the winds of Spirit catch you up and you forget all else, including yourself. You all desire to be 'in love' all the time, yet few maintain the moment on the mountaintop. Then your heart shatters, and you lose faith and wonder if it was all an illusion. Well, the baring of illusions is just the beginning, and the Spirit of Truth is now descending upon the Earth to shatter the walls and shake the foundations. Ascension is not an escape from some thing; it is the embracing of everything. So welcome the Truth into your heart, and ask for all your webs and weavings to be swept away so that you may taste true freedom. You shall know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.

'You are the Sons of God, the Daughters of the Goddess. You are the Lights of the World. There is no time like the present to acknowledge the truth of your Self, and that truth extends beyond all time and space. You are gods, and yet not the One Itself, the One in Many. The shedding of disguises and of skins continues to be your playground, although you are now being called upon to elevate your play to a new intensity. You are to accept your responsibility as the lineage of Light that you are. Letting go of the foundations previously counted upon will be the undoing of you, and will cause the passing away of much that you have known. So be it.
As the influence of the Truth arises from within, much that is deemed as important in the realm of subject/object, the duality of form, must and will be reconciled and transcended. All is impermanent, and all that is in form must devolve and dissolve. Even though Spirit is the animator of all form, the form itself is transitory.
Now, forms are not only that which you call 'matter', but include perceptions, concepts and beliefs. Therefore, the entire relationship of everything to everything, the interdependence that permeates all of that is perceived as 'out there' has its foundation in the mind of all souls. You are an image factory, constantly projecting these images onto the screen of consciousness. This is the function of relating, and there is nothing wrong about it. However, the habitual error is to continue to believe in the source of the image as having arisen from outside of you, and then to assign it some order of importance or identity so that you become attached to the image. If you could but view the image as self-created mechanism for Self Revelation, then the image is relinquished for the Truth to emerge from within you, and you then step closer to Reality.
Discernment is the necessary faculty to determine the nature of any image, and the time is now upon you to recognize that the 'soul authority' of your Nature and your Truth is your own divine sovereignty. As dualistic forms, the teacher/student, guru/chelas, priest/supplicant were useful and necessary when the consciousness was mired in complete identification with separation and polarized concepts. Now they are no longer useful, except to indicate to you where you have given away your power. There is no longer any spiritual apprenticeship required of any soul, and in Reality, there never has been. In the times to unfold there will be no leaders and no followers. You all will be 'It.'
All are in the process of discovering that the seeds of self-betrayal are buried deep within the fear of the power that is your Essence. How can any form seduce you, use you and betray you without your permission and cooperation? That is impossible. Whether it is an idea, another person, or a social or political structure, you are still only answerable to you. Taking back your responsibility for yourself and everything you experience is the path to realization of the Self, a Self that is fully empowered and free.
No form outside of you, whether teacher, mentor, leader, coach, channeler, priest, workshop leader, healer, politician, or parent, can continue to occupy the place of authority in your experience. That is why the foundations of many teachers and authorities, secular and spiritual, are now crumbling. Spirit calls upon all to do the work of the self, in order that the Way may be lived, not just talked about or pointed to. If anyone is in a position of leadership or authority of any kind and attempts to hold onto and consolidate their position, then much will appear to be lost. The wisdom of each Soul will design what the form of loss will be in order to gently caress the individual back onto their path of illumination and homecoming. Therefore, the greater the attachment, the more painful will be the apparent loss experienced.
Likewise, if your Spirit brings you to one that can facilitate your desire for wholeness, you will know them by their fruits. If they assist you by pointing to that which is within you, then you remain free. If they demand of you your time and stretch your resources, or some other form of acknowledgement as an authority, then you are in a spiritual codependent relationship. In such a relationship, both are disempowered by the game of oppressor and victim, knower and seeker, and eventually both serve each other in the learning of lessons before the parting of ways. Ask to be shown whom you shall work with, and then when that work is completed, that true mirror who is your brother or sister will bless you and release you.
What will eventually replace the old order is a paradigm of mutual sharing, mutual teaching and mutual learning. Living examples of conscious, whole and completely human Beings are required to shift the consciousness of all your brothers and sisters. How can you teach when you've so much to learn? Aspire instead to drop the images you've worshipped and invite all into the dialog of love. The Master is inside of you, and the time for following this or that path must be surrendered if you desire to feel that Presence guiding your every thought, word and action in your life.
As you allow yourself to trust more and more in the movement of Spirit, then you are slowly asked to give up your attachments to your stories, your experiences, your plans, and your fears. These will be replaced with a sense of security far beyond anything you may have known to this point, and bliss will be its companion. Allow for the process of your transfiguration to be organically orchestrated by the Divine Director within. Do not push too far ahead, nor hang back and cling to the past, so that you may shed your skins gracefully.
Over the course of the next year or so, your primary challenge and opportunity will be to disengage from all of these cherished forms, for they are echoes of the past that you have outgrown, tools that no longer satisfy. Much of your fascination with this or that path or philosophy has been an exercise in revisiting the past incarnations involving significant spiritual meaning and experience. Being attracted to a specific religious or spiritual discipline, or even some golden age epoch such as Atlantis in order to integrate and complete a cycle of experience has been useful for your awakening. However, now is the time to bless it and let it all go. Further definition is not required. Further surrender into wholeness is what is being asked of you, and this is the principle of Love in the journey of awakening. To love something so completely is to let it go. So much more awaits you beyond what you release from your past, your present, and even your future.
Another opportunity that will be coming up sooner than later will be the call to let go of families, relationships, or social groupings that have peopled your landscape. If you are to become fully human and fully divine, then your attachments to anyone will be challenged. Everyone is your brother, sister, father, mother, lover, friend, and yes, even your potential enemy! Or, so it appears. Anything that you tie yourself too, ties itself to you as well. The relationships need to be honored, respected, and it is good to feel gratitude about them. Now, let them go and grant them the freedom you desire for yourself! You can't 'lose' them. Ever!! How could you? Only in your identification with them can you feel loss or pain. As your life more and more flows from Spirit inside of you to the outside, then all Beings will flow into and through your life with more grace, joy and harmony. Appreciate all of them, and see the eyes of the One shining through their eyes. Love them totally, and then. let go. Love seeks only itself, and is never lost or abandoned. How could it be? It is all there Is.
If you were expecting a State of the Planet address that was going to describe the situation in the world, or the progress of Ascension, then we are happy to disappoint you. This is the state of the Planet from the heart of Truth: It is time to examine all that you are in the light of any attachments and addictions you have accepted. What you find, lovingly and firmly remove it, and if you can't do that, then ask Spirit to do it. The State of the Planet appears to be desperate, and is so due to the forms that many are addicted to, and the fear of the unknown. In order to move beyond that fear, we recommend that you release all attachment to what you fear to lose. Only then will you be an empty vessel into which the fullness of your Isness can manifest.
Let not your perception become clouded by the words or beliefs that arise from the World. What is being shown to you is the power of choice, to choose faith and love instead of fear. The whole world is being given the opportunity to choose Truth. The power of Spirit is illuminating all the false idols in the World, so that you may see the Truth. Take back your power, with a firm and passionate love, and watch your outer life change. Say yes to the choice within to choose the unfamiliar way, to run from safety. As you choose to listen to the Inner Teacher, the veils will thin and you will see clearly, and seeing clearly your Heart will open again. When your Heart is open, then peace will be with you. May the Principle of Love guide you in the exercise of your discernment and the establishment of your sovereignty.
May Love and Truth be your companion, your teacher, your lover, and your friend. They cannot fail you. ever!

"I come in peace. Even though there is discord and troubles in the world, let your heart not be troubled. Your heart is needed most now, a heart that is awakened and resonant.
Be your beingness, your isness, instead of some improved version of your ego self. Wipe off the labels and throw them away. Who told you that you were not worthy of the Christ? Why are you still feeling stuck, unsuccessful and unfulfilled? If you are having that experience my friends, you are attached to the label of success/failure, which is just another judgment, a judgment from the world. The only way to end that is to think as Spirit thinks, and that can only occur when you stop thinking you know the way.
Many of you are still so focused in the dream, and now the dream is fraying even more at the edges. The world is still trying so hard to achieve peace, achieve prosperity, and find love. You are also trying too hard, so much so that you feel depressed and despondent because it appears that the world is going in the opposite direction from love. So, your heart hurts, your head hurts, and even your body hurts. It hurts because you feel things ever more deeply than before. It all may feel so dense and slow now that you question all that you've known. This is good! Question all of it, for in that you will discover the limitation of your beliefs. How can you remember freedom if you still have a stake in your identification with the world game? Very few heard the message of Truth two thousand years ago, and now it is barely understood, much less practiced.
Your desires still count for something, but not in the ways that you have imagined them to be. Why recreate limitation in new forms? Why do you insist in putting the new wine of consciousness into old skins. They will burst my friends, and then what? Allowing Spirit to create through you is pure creation, while much of what is now created in form is a distortion of the creative spark. If it were not a distortion, then the world would not be trapped in an seemingly endless cycle of solutions, followed by problems created from the previous solutions, etc., etc.
Instead, a direct intention to allow your Spirit/Soul to bring forth what is required is a more balanced way to flow with things. Flow it from the heart instead of the mind. The creative urge is there to express your Divinity, not add to the distortions and miscreations already in the world. Has it ever occurred to you why a greater part of the world rejected the message of love and faith two millennia ago? It rejected the Truth because it is the antithesis of the system, and refutes the false wisdom of the world. Even though I spoke in parables using analogies to farming and sheparding to describe spiritual concepts, it was not because I chose to legitimize the world, it was to offer the Truth in a simple way.
I did not produce a product, I never endorsed a brand, I never owned a house, nor raised a family, I had no possessions or investments. I never owned a business nor did I invent tools. My biggest audiences were simple laborers and people who lived close to the earth, people who were intimate with nature. Those of the professional and educated classes that heard the Truth in their hearts eventually left their previous livelihoods and devoted themselves to Spirit in various ways.
Now, none of what I just related means that you need to sell everything you have and give it to the poor. Nonetheless, if you do not renounce (which means give up your attachment to or belief in…) the apparent power of the world to fulfill you or to harm you, then you will be poor indeed! I know that what I am saying was not popular then, nor is it now, but that is the way of it. If you are to return to the Truth of Who You Are, if you are to experience real peace and Oneness while in the human dimension, then you will choose to swim against the tide of the consensus reality. Who knows, you may become more unpopular than I was! Let us hope so.
My primary message at this time is, and always was, to come back to your Self, and come back to the essentials. What is essential, what really matters, is to connect with Self, with your true consciousness. Where you will find your Self is in Nature, in communion with the Planet. She is the narrow portal into the Infinite. Her Heart is your heart. Her Body is your body. You created Her, and now she serves You. In Her you will find Me, and when you find Me, you will have found Your Self. Listen to the words of Truth once again:
'Therefore I say to you. Take no thought for your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink, nor yet for your body and how it is clothed. Is not Life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Behold the birds of the air. They do not sow or reap, or gather the harvest, yet they are fed. Are you not much greater than they? Which of you, by thinking about it, can add one inch to your height?
Therefore, take no thought and worry about these things, for Spirit knows what you have need of before you ask for it. Seek Spirit first, and the rest is taken care of. Take no thought from tomorrow, for tomorrow will take thought for itself. Sufficient is the trouble for that day.'
Yes, I paraphrased here, but the if you want to be free and remember your Self as a being of Spirit, then it is by your intention that you will be free. Free of the limitation of your karmic ego, and free of the world's arguments against Spirit. You cannot serve the world and Spirit, you cannot be a house divided against itself, and know peace. Which will you serve and be served by?
Are you tending the Garden of your Soul, or preoccupied with the busyness of the world? If there are weeds in your consciousness, then fruit cannot come forth. Remove the old thoughts by using the power of your intention to align with your true nature. The heart is the organ that waters the garden, while being grounded in the earth is the foundation for the roots, and ecstasy is the fruit that comes forth after careful nurturance of your feelings through love of Self and the Universal Self that is all other souls. Listen to the Garden, and let it tell you what is necessary for real growth and true creation. Then beauty will arise in your Life and touch all with whom you share your abundance. Love the earth with a passion born in heaven, and heaven will root in the earth and in you as well.
You tend the Garden of the Soul by caring, simply caring. Care for yourself by gently, but firmly, focusing on time with Spirit. Each morning or each evening, find ten or fifteen minutes to be still and intentionally connect inside. Ask to be a channel of blessings to others, and to express your inherent Divinity without hesitation or fear. Forgive everything and everyone, especially yourself. Slowly and with the help if Grace, disengage your preoccupation with struggle and the limited desires of the ego. Ask for the desire of your Soul to manifest your path for you. If you believe you are not ready for a life of blessings, then you will be acquainted with more disappointment. Instead, cultivate trust in that which is beyond the so-called power of the world. If you believe that all things are possible, and gradually practice living from that consciousness, then whatever is appropriate will manifest through you with ease and magnificence. Be mindful of your dreams, but have no agendas or strategies. Ask the Father-Mother in you to do the work, and you are then free to enjoy the flowers and fruits in your Garden.
I know what is in your heart of Hearts, for that is where I live. The divine intelligence in your sacred heart is power of all Powers. This is the true Creator, the Source of All. There is nothing that does not exist that was not created through the Word that lives in the core of your Heart. The Word makes it so, and when spoken in pure faith, which is knowing beyond knowledge, then miracles are the result. If you would create aright, then instead of creating a new computer, car, or cell phone, create a beautiful garden, a beautiful home, a beautiful relationship or friendship, an inspiring painting, or healing music, or uplifting literature. Create laughter in the lives of others, and love passionately and freely, without thought of keeping, holding or possessing. If you really want to live heaven, then explore the kingdom within you, and stop settling for what the ego has mis-created.
Everyone is You, and you are Everyone. When your Heart can remember that, then you cannot harm another, for to harm another would be harming yourself. And when all the children of the One remember, then the Garden will be well-tended, and will never wither. Plant your garden now, in rich soil, and with clean water, and with much love.
Then tend to it daily, and allow the relationship to build naturally, giving out gratitude, and receiving the blessings of love. Relax into your Self, and let the Master Gardner do the work.

“What can be said about your experience of life on the Earth these days? To some it may feel as if you are once again too much absorbed in the routine and mundane, and there is a struggle to recapture the ‘highness’ of previous experiences and waysides in the process of ascension. To others, it is too intense, a dance of chaos and change that could do with a little bit of the ordinary. Some of you are fully in the throes of activation and re-membering, excited with the rediscovery of your sovereign Self and Spirit. Then there are the weary and wary ones, those that are just plain tired, and some who are even disappointed and heartbroken that their timetables and expectations for the Planet have not materialized (more about that later). In each and every case, you all feel that there could be more, that you could or should be doing more, and only if you were at your fullest spiritually, by Goddess you would do it!! Even though you may not be sure what ‘it’ is, you somehow know that you’ve come here to do it. You have a mission and destiny to fulfill, and the Universe is counting in you, yes YOU to get on with it.
Now, all of that in the last few sentences is true…as far as it goes. However, we in the unmanifest and universal life have recognized that within a time-oriented dimension the sense of impendingness has a rather severe effect on the mental and emotional structure of the human ego. Our message to all who would receive it at this time is that what is stretching you and pushing you is your Soul, and that your Soul is breaking down all time-related impositions. It is also asking you to stop polarized thinking, whether it is for accentuating the positive, or negating the negative. Get your head out of the hole in the sky or the holes in the ground and really see what you are looking at!!
The world you know, the world of human experience, is an artificial world. You are all experiencing a projection from your minds, a consensus ‘reality’ that has very little in common with the ‘natural’ world, or with the many mansions that exist in the myriad dimensions of the spiritual realms. The process of ‘ascension’ therefore, is not only one of reestablishing the primacy of SPIRIT within your consciousness, it is also for the establishment and embodiment of SPIRIT within the matrices of Creation. However, as much as you desire to remember your Self as Spirit, you will have deal with the mechanized construct of your ego mind, and it’s creation of artificial constructs. What follows is a simplified analysis of those constructs.
Technology is a metaphor for what you know as your conscious and unconscious mind, and a powerful accelerator of mind-orientation. Originally the mind was intended to serve the heart, and therefore the Soul of mankind and womankind. In the primal world, the mind listened to instinct and intuition, awash in a sensory experience that included other dimensional and elemental forces, and your dreamtime was full for remembrance for your spiritual origins. When your ancestors discovered how to make simple tools for hunting and agriculture, technology was invented, and the gradual drift away from primal consciousness was initiated.
Eventually other life forms from the outside, both extraterrestrial and other-dimensional, came to influence and contribute to the rise in the ‘evolution’ of the five root races of humanity. Some of these influences were beneficial, and a significant number of them were detrimental. It just works that way in a polarized free will zone. The so-called ‘gods’ from the stars offered technologies as indicators of superior status and intelligence, and were able to seed a corrupted thought-pattern into the DNA. That thought pattern is now known to you as ‘fear’, and until recently, only a very small percentage of human souls were able to overcome this misprogramming of their minds, and return to their original design. These individuals became the ones who would remind and inspire the darkened minds of the masses as to their true nature and spiritual origins. Since a mass awakening of humanity was not popular with the ‘control’ program, many of these teachers were persecuted, discredited and/or killed. Telling the Truth is always a radical act.
Evolution and technology progressed, as did fear and separation among many of the human family. Religions sprang up to help to explain why things went out of control, and what must be done in order to maintain control. People invented versions of God that mimicked political or monarchal figures, and projected human beliefs and behaviors onto these images. Sacrifices must be made to appease unhappy deities, etc. As religions and sectarianism increased, so did the technology of governments and warfare. Great advances in science and agriculture always dovetailed with increasing conflict and the see-saw effect of rising and falling empires. Humanity was drifting further and further away from the connection with the primal orientation to the Earth and Cosmos, until the balance point of Nature was shifted through technological abuse on many levels of Life. The result is known to you as either the Great Flood, or the Fall of Atlantis. Atlantean culture began at a high point, and tailed off rapidly as people divorced themselves from the biosphere and the Cosmos through technology.
We conclude by bringing your attention to the period just prior to the American Revolution. The first of the Atlantean high priests incarnated as the founders of the New Republic in the West, the hoped for opportunity for many souls to remember their spiritual heritage, and an experiment in freedom never before seen on the Planet. Within a few decades of its inception, it was hijacked by the old ‘control’ order, and the stage was set for where you are now. By 1922, the first of the Atlantean scientific caste responsible for much of the technology and weaponry used in those ancient times began incarnating, mostly in Western Europe and the United States. As a footnote, Nikola Tesla was a high Atlantean initiate who was a priest/scientist. If his views and discoveries had been implemented, much of the current state of affairs would have been avoided. Instead, his wisdom and knowledge has been warped and used for repression.
We have come full circle, and you now see that history, or herstory, does repeat itself. Atlantis has already arisen, and so has Lemuria, and Egypt, and the Maya, and so forth. Whether this or that landmass surfaces again is not as important as whether humanity learns from the mistakes of the past. Humanity is fast-forwarding through it’s karmic past…collectively and individually. The burning of the ties to the past is intensifying on many layers and levels. The Artificial World is indeed fragile and temporal, whereas you are strong and eternal.
Now that you are at the ‘tipping point’ (we like the feel of that…) of Planetary Balance, we have some specific recommendations for the reduction and elimination of fear and discomfort along the way. As was mentioned in this publication in March, the primary component of self-empowerment is discernment. Discernment is a gift of Spirit, and your mind is currently incapable of such wisdom. In fact, never trust to your mind for any decision-making from here on out. Allow the heart to decide, then the mind may be directed to act. To cultivate discernment, ask for Spirit to heal your perceptions.
One of the main areas where everyone is compromising to one degree or another is through communication technologies. The Internet is really the Outernet, a metaphor for unity consciousness, and wireless technology in any form is really a metaphor for telepathic and soul to soul communion. As with all external technologies, unseen and invisible risks govern their use, simply because it is an external technology. Anything artificially modeled in the physical world is governed by physical laws, and is inherently imperfect and potentially harmful in some degree or another to the living tissues of the originating species or to the surrounding environment. This is the primary reason why mastery of the physical is only possible through mastery of the lower self and the egoic mind, or in other words, living from an awakened Heart. Spirit is beyond matter, and not subject to its inherent laws, laws that exist for the causal and physical worlds. The maxim, ‘as above, so below’ applies to the law of correspondence as it reflects principles and universal values, not images nor things of substance. There are no 5D shopping malls for instance.
Love is a universal value, whereas cellular phones are not. You could communicate the idea of universal love through a cellular phone, but it would only be a shared image or concept, not an actual state of consciousness. Now, there are higher intelligences which govern the qualities and structures of the electromagnetic spectrum, and by invoking the assistance of these intelligences many of the unwelcome effects of living in the artificial world of human creation may be mitigated, reduced and modified. However, none of this reduces the amount of responsibility or empowerment you can experience in relationship to your environment and the technologies that dominate it at this time.
When a Planet is accelerating towards a choice point, ascension-wise, there is also an acceleration of external technology, along with a more pronounced amplification of values that are not life-affirming. As the Light increases, the endarkenment is also more visible. There is a Light beyond polarity that the Planet and those who are responding to the awakening of the codes of Light within themselves are reaching for. Our ‘job’ or design is to assist all who would know the Truth. If you seek to fully express your Divinity, then you will become more and more sensitive to many things, and therefore selective and discerning, and to the degree you can ‘hear’ it, all that is unfolding is ultimately in your hands, individually and collectively. If you so choose, however, you can greatly enhance the power of solution through asking and commanding the assistance of higher intelligences appropriate to the circumstances you seek to balance. We do not ever recommend ‘going it alone’ to prove you are a master. A Master is always allowing Spirit to guide and decide as this choice is aligned in Grace, not pride.
Therefore, becoming ever more conscious of your surroundings and how your energy bodies and physical bodies interface with the environment is part of Mastery. If this information resonates with you, fine. If it does not, then let it go. Ask your Spirit to educate you accordingly.
The electrums, atomic and sub-atomic structures of substance, or physical manifestation, are vibrations of varying frequencies and properties. If you are looking at the typeface on whatever medium you received this on, it is recognizable to your eyes and brain because they are processing light and the presence or absence of colors in a particular way. While you read this, various waves of light and sound are passing through the space around you. Some are even passing through your physical body. Even faster wavelengths are passing through your subtle electromagnetic fields, or aura. You are even experiencing minute amounts of gamma rays and subatomic photon particles that emanate from various parts of the Universe, and they vibrate at such a high rate to be almost immeasureable. However, you are experiencing all of these waves all of the time. To think that they have no influence on you is to kid yourself. To forget that you do not have any influence on them is to forget that you are divine, and at the core of your being you are part of creating them in the first place. The quantum field allows for the observer and the observed to be one. The divine continuum allows for the created and the Creator to also be as one.
Now, within the known electromagnetic spectrum, there are rays and waves that are harmonious within their own realms. When a device is created to propagate EMF (electromagnetic fields), RF (radio frequencies) or MV (microwaves) in order to accomplish some technological function, then these waves are amplified in a particular way. It is this amplification that has been creating a toxic ‘smog’ of EMF, RF, and MV’s, and it is increasing exponentially. As you may know, even a basic physical element such as uranium emits wavelengths of radiation that are incompatible with living tissue, but humanity is not as conscious as it could be about the grid of artificial EMF, RF, and MV fields that you are surrounded by. Others have called this the Frequency Grid, or Control Grid. The Christ Consciousness Grid is a pure and organic emanation of love and compassion and is the underlying prime particle base upon which all Life manifests from. The artificial manipulation of these electrums, done without higher wisdom, is depleting to the life force. Before you even begin worrying, please remember that all of this has been created from thought, produced either through compassion or ignorance, and subsequently can be altered by thought and a more enlightened choice.
As we mentioned earlier, it is possible to modify and reduce the effects of the artificial grid upon your consciousness and physical body. Conversely, denial thinking, or ‘I’m protected by my angels’ is not an enlightened and empowering option. Self-education, experimentation and implementation is responsible. To that end we remind you of those of the Ze’Or Continuum that you can call upon to provide assistance with all electromagnetic stresses. These are pure energy beings, and are in service to the Earth during a time of intense ascension. They are the sentient embodiment of physical level forces such as electricity, magnetism, ley lines, gravity, etc. As the Planet accelerates toward Zero Point magnetics, along with a corresponding rise in the Schumann Resonance, things get a bit wiggy. To ask for their assistance, simply state, ‘Ze’Or Continuum, please assist; please harmonize the frequencies of all electronic devices in my space to my fields.’ This will always provide temporary relief. We say temporary, because the field effects of all electronic devices are modulating according to all of the cosmic and Planetery factors which are constantly in flux. You are modulating as well, so attend to your own fields and energies as best as you can to optimize your sense of well-being. In order to maximize your sovereignty and physical health, we recommend the following guidelines:
When not using such devices, unplug the antennae, cable boxes, receivers and power sources.
Many of your scientific studies have focused on the potential health impacts of living in an electronically saturated environment. We are just as interested on the effects to your spiritual, mental and emotional balance. However, you do not have to wait for some scientific authority to declare whether this or that device or system is safe or unsound.
Simply compare how you feel both with and without using any particular device or system. Set aside your bias that you just possibly could not function without the purported convenience of said techno-marvel, until you’ve cleared it with your own Spirit. You desire quality of Life, therefore do not compromise for the sake of doing what everyone else is doing.
To discover your internal technology, your electro-magnetic Self, it will be important in the coming years to develop a feeling-based trust in your own intuitive nature. As long as there is a dependence upon any external form of communication, then the deeper levels of communication will remain unexplored. Being a clear channel for your Spirit involves ALL of you in the process, not only the aspect of you that you call your Lightbody or Soul.
Resonance with Nature and the Planet naturally supports the human biology and your and natural electromagnetic fields, or aura. Nature and the Universe operate on direct current, i. e., a frequency that is life supportive. When you have direct current you have congruency in your be-ing.
In the next transmission we will focus in more detail on the benefits of promoting more interaction with your ‘natural’ self and the natural environment, and share how that actually supports you into moving more gracefully into your sovereignty. We will refer to this as ‘The Resonant World.’ We will also describe how to more fully investigate and play with inner technologies. Yes, there will be more external technologies to come, but they will be designed from the heart and be resonant with the realms of form AND Spirit.
In giving this message through an external medium, we seek to excite you to recognize that you can access this information within as well as from without, and to bless this moment and this method as a stepping stone to a deeper knowing. Even as parables were useful in the times of Master Yeshua, so are the modern metaphors of transmitting truth and wisdom useful now. Make no rung upon the ladder of remembering your Self an end unto itself. Raise your eyes instead to where it is the ladder is taking you. As your body is a vehicle for exploring and expressing consciousness, so it is useful to use words, the electronic mediums and sounds to convey the higher truths. Technology is not an enemy, and there are no enemies! Focus on what feels good, feels right for you, and then that will be answered in kind.

“Greetings, Ariel here.
We are picking up from where we left off with our observations of the rising influence of artificial electromagnetic fields and the effects it is having on consciousness. However, these influences are not always to be viewed as only non-beneficial, or without utilization by Spirit within the context of transformation. Any external technology may serve the highest good when there is the intention to do so, and in many cases the 'law of unintended consequences' offers surprisingly creative manifestations not looked for. The awakened souls upon the Earth are coming together through the various mediums of communication, connecting their soul threads and hearts in miraculous ways and constellating divine purposes. There are many other positive effects when utilizing technology for spiritual purposes, and our intention is not to judge any technology, but to inform you about what we observe and if it is working or not working for the highest good.
Even as you are reading this there is a pulsing in the background of myriad influences from completely benign origins that are impinging on your consciousness, and they arise from Nature in all of its forms, both terrestrial and extraterrestrial. These influences we will call The Resonant World. Resonance is the harmonious flow of the manifested awareness of Oneness throughout All That Is. It is the Divine Plan, the Universal Order. However, this order is not a machine but a living, organic manifestation of Love and pure awareness!
The archetype of Light represents the 'birthplace' in universal consciousness of all of Creation. The orders of beings you know as angels emanate from this single point within the Oneness, and you are there also! The very consciousness of stars, suns, planets and other denizens of the material Universe are alive with awareness of the Creator and the Archetype or Plan of Creation, and they do interact with each other and you to fulfill their spiritual nature and apparent evolution through time. The emanations from the celestial realms are like radio programs beaming to you from all directions, informing your cells and subtle bodies of your own personal spiritual 'plan' as intended by your divine soul/Higher Self. All you have to do is choose to follow the promptings from within, and the celestial chemistry takes it from there.
This celestial orchestration is localized within the Solar System as Astrology. Astrology is merely the study of what you and your Spirit set into motion in order to become fully realized, and astrology is one of the patterns available to come into an understanding of the Plan, both personally and collectively. However, it is only a language that describes the Plan, not the Plan itself, and therefore it is also an external technology that will one day be transcended.
The Resonant World is ruled by feelings and intuition, not intellect and reason. If you can feel it, you can recognize yourself and the Creator in It. The heart is the bridge, and a coherence of the heart is required to not just understand the higher truths, but to realize them and live them. Instead of trying to figure out how a plant grows, become awed by the mere fact that it grows! Merge with the plant, the flower, and observe the miracle of Life itself. Resonance means to vibrate with something in harmony, so become a vibration junkie and see what happens! If that plant and you have a good feeling, i. e., your heart is open, you can feel yourself completely, and you feel peaceful, joyful, content, and well, happy!... then you are in resonance. Another form of resonance is to give gratitude to the plant. Then, when you ingest a salad you will share resonance at a different level. Connect with the Spirit that is in everything, for that is where the resonance is! Why settle for just the form of something, when you can experience the immanence of Life in it? Christ Consciousness is in the Earth, in Gaia, and in that plant we were just talking about, and it is in you.
There is a new Earth being born even as the old world is dying. The Resonant World was pre-technology and will once again become pre-eminent. How that occurs and what sort of experience of that you will have along the way is entirely in your hands. Your choices and your consciousness will either find resonance or conflict with the Plan of Gaia and of Spirit, and fortunately, the process is self-correcting. Even a so-called 'mistake' holds the seeds of resolution in it. Ascension acceleration symptoms are the byproduct of the current inpouring of Light into a polarized level of consciousness, and as the Light permeates the density of crystallized thought and artificial electro-magnetic fields there are disturbances and discomforts that may be experienced by those who are sensitive to it. How do you spell relief? Get into Nature or get into yourself so that you may rebalance yourself through a direct feed of energy from the Creative forces. Once you've regained balance, let go of what went before and become aware of what no longer serves you and then move away from it. Part of living in the Resonant World is being current with your reality, and it will become increasingly difficult to hold onto and share stories about events and synchronicities. Surrendering and letting Spirit do the work is the path to resonance experienced and expressed.
As mentioned above, you can achieve resonance within yourself. The primary methods for establishing primary resonance with the core divine pulse (CDP) is breath work, meditation, resting in Nature, conscious sexuality, art, music, and light physical activity such as walking or swimming. Each one of these activities promotes the frequency of ecstasy, or wellbeing, and wherever there is ecstasy and wellbeing you will experience health and equilibrium. So, when you've had an overload of interaction with electronic devices, media exposure, travel, etc., just start with the simplest…breath.
Closing your eyes and conscious breathing for just a minute or two will restore you. In fact, you may discover that in that current moment, you're problems or discomforts are not to be found! Meditation is then useful as a continuous stream of these 'moments', and if engaged in for just fifteen or twenty minutes can produce the beginnings of resonance with your Soul. As meditation advances, ecstatic spiritual states of consciousness are accessible. These same states may be accessed through sexual ecstasy, observing beauty in Nature or art, or listening to beautiful music that is rich in melodic and harmonic structure. Some forms of repetitive exercise and sport can also touch upon these states, but because the body is in motion they are difficult to sustain for longer periods. From a pure, non-dualistic perspective, resonance is the union and transcendence of opposites, or, expressed another way, the state of all extremes in balance. From this you can easily determine that the natural emanations are direct current, or 'DC', and the polarity is represented by alternating current, or 'AC'. Because you currently reside with a physical body in a physical Universe, and you simultaneously emanate as a life stream of consciousness from Spirit, then it is essentially important to find the balance of DC and AC that works for you, at this time! What works for you will not be resonant with another, and vice versa, so do not impose your beliefs and practices on another.
Another item of importance in striking a balance is the relative frequency of Planet Earth. As the influx of Light continues to excite the vibratory strata that are your current experience, the Earth's resonant frequency level will continue to increase, while at the same time the relative strength of the Planet's magnetic field will decrease.
As you might imagine, the weakening Earth-based propagated fields are therefore out of balance with the increasing field strength of the Artificial World's electro-magnetic grid. As Zero Point magnetics are approached this will become exponentially unbalanced until there is a tipping point. This 'tipping point' will be the rising resonance, or frequency of the Planetary vibration, which was 7.8 hertz (cycles per second) and is now hovering around 11-12 hertz. Zero point is the next octave of vibration (13.4 hertz) coupled with low or zero magnetics. At this stage a number of possibilities could happen. One of the most probable is a magnetic pole shift.
When a planetary magnetic pole shift happens, all kinds of interesting phenomena can occur. Relative polarities will reverse, such as north becomes south or positive and negative poles reverse within electrical motors and other devices. As interesting as that experience may be, it is the moment of stillness just before such a shift that is defining; all reference to the past is suspended within the consciousness of all sentient life on a planetary system, and a new consciousness is seeded. Once the magnetic field has stabilized, the new pattern begins to emerge within consciousness. If that consciousness is founded in resonance and Love, then that is the predominant pattern. Obviously, this is the primary reason for fostering a quantum shift, or hundredth monkey effect. The required percentage for affecting such a shift is relatively small for a given population, but nonetheless not all individual souls are predisposed or ready for such a shift.
During these times of Light infusion and Lightbody acceleration/integration, your physical body will be stressed out to the max. If the body isn't happy, then nobody's happy. Conversely, if your mind is constantly in a state of intellectual interrupts due to electro-magnetic stress and imbalances, then your body is also impacted. So care of the physical vehicle is not just a secondary concern, but a primary component for overall wellbeing. Enhancement through the intake of specific minerals and vitamins, specifically B-complex, magnesium and trace minerals, will support the central nervous system. Amino acids, such as L-ornithine, L-carnitine, and L-arginine aid in the conversion of raw proteins and fats into ADT, or adenosine triphosphates, which are needed by your cells to hold more energy and light. The amino acetyl L-carnitine is rather expensive in its supplement form, but it may be absorbed via small quantities of red meat in the diet, or released from within the body by taking Vit. B-complex and the amino L-lysine. Always check within to see if any regimen of supplements is suitable for your situation.
Sexual energy and spiritual energy is just that…energy. If you are open to the concept that you are a spirit and also a sexual being, than you are well-equipped to apply the principles of conscious, or sacred sexuality as part of 'shedding your skins.' If you do not confront any deeply held biases, judgments or beliefs about sexuality, you cannot fully know yourself as Spirit. Explore and participate with your own energy with the same sense of curiosity, innocence and playfulness that you had as a child. Shame and guilt short circuit your energy, as effectively as flipping the off switch on a light. When you consciously engage sexually, whether with yourself or another, you can choose to also connect with the Planet, Cosmos, and Spirit with the energy. When directed, this energy is an act of love and healing toward the Earth, and you add to the balancing of your electro-magnetic Self, and to all of Life. Nothing is unconnected in the web of Consciousness, and each act of Love builds upon itself exponentially. The power of sexuality to heal has actually been demonstrated medically, and in many ages of humanity this was well -known, especially in the Egyptian and Tantric schools of alchemy. For those who choose to accept it, Conscious, or Sacred Sexuality is a bridge that can assist in becoming more fully human, fully divine, and fully resonant.
Involving yourself in artistic pursuits or merely appreciating paintings, music, sculpture or gardens has a calming and centering affect. Music is especially a bridge between the finite and infinite, as it suspends normal left brain dominance and retunes you to the cosmic pulse and the celestial harmonies. Ambient sound such as ocean waves and nature sounds, along with sound healing music that is designed to encourage deeper and slower brainwave states are particularly helpful when your 'monkey mind' is predominant. Be aware of discordant music forms and how you feel in your solar plexus when exposed to it. Some current expressions reflect the conflicts within minds, and are to be avoided. Mechanical rhythms or loops that do not have a 'human feel' disrupt the electrical fields around the heart, and introduce standing waves within the brain which can cause anxiety, anger, lethargy and depression. Allow for harmonically rich sound to permeate your energies, and elevate you into elevated and ecstatic states through which you connect with the Source of all sound.
Finally, meditate your body. Walking is still the finest method for light aerobic exercise and calming the mind, while at the same time exposing you to more of the direct current of the planetary mother. Although bicycling and lap swims are excellent for relaxation and renewal, walking meditatively through nature is most recommended. If you live in a warmer climate, or it is appropriate to the season, find a grassy spot and spin yourself! Start with spinning slowly in a counter-clockwise direction, gradually speeding up until you fall to the ground dizzy. Allow yourself to equalize. Then rise up and repeat this in a clockwise direction, then allow yourself to the Earth again, enjoying the feel of the grass and the warmth of the sun. Be as a child again, and be irresponsible for awhile!
All of these are suggestions and recommendations only, and you must ask, then listen and follow what is appropriate for you. The primary benefit here is for you, and is a demonstration of self-love and appreciation. This appreciation of 'Self' translates into gratitude for Source in all of It's manifestations, and it is this gratitude and resonance with Source that balances and harmonizes you to your core essence, which is Love. As you do this for your Self, you are lifted in vibration and awareness. As you are lifted, through entrainment, you influence the consciousness of others, both near and far. This influence is significant and needed, for it is the essential 'lift' that will bring the Light to those trapped in the prison of the mind, and thirsting for freedom and nurturance. Re-orienting on a regular basis to the natural rhythms of yourself, the Planet, the Cosmos, and Source will balance and harmonize so much more than you can imagine. Being in resonance with All That Is, is the beingness you seek, the Isness you remember. Action then will naturally arise from a ground of be-ing, if necessary, and will be full of the Presence and Power that can create a miracle.
The Universe is calling! A song of Oneness, a harmony of purpose, a resonance with the Heart of everything is expressing the Divine Feminine. It calls to the Beloved, to the emergence of the Divine Masculine, to walk in resonance once again in the Garden.
